Delivery
Delivery of products takes place while stocks last. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is carried out by WYVE. Products ordered online will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the checkout process. If the Customer fails to pay the agreed amounts, or fails to do so on time, WYVE is entitled to suspend its obligations until full payment has been received. In the event of late payment, the Customer is considered to be in creditor’s default, and any resulting delay in delivery cannot be invoked against WYVE.
Delivery Time
All delivery times stated by WYVE are indicative only. Delays in delivery do not entitle the Customer to any rights or compensation, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. The delivery period starts once the Customer has fully completed the ordering process and has received an order confirmation from WYVE. The Customer is not entitled to compensation and may not terminate the agreement due to delayed delivery. Termination is only permitted if this has been agreed in writing, or if WYVE fails to deliver within fourteen days after written notice of default, unless otherwise agreed between the Customer and WYVE.
Actual Delivery
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery of the ordered products can take place on time, including providing correct delivery details and ensuring accessibility at the delivery location.
Transport Costs
All transport and shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Customer and WYVE.
Packaging and Shipping
If the packaging of a delivered product is opened or visibly damaged, the Customer must have this recorded by the carrier before accepting the shipment. If the Customer fails to do so, WYVE cannot be held liable for any resulting damage. If the Customer arranges transport independently, any visible damage to the products or packaging must be reported to WYVE prior to transport. Failure to do so releases WYVE from any liability for such damage.
Storage
If the Customer accepts or collects ordered products later than the agreed delivery date, the risk of any loss of quality rests entirely with the Customer. Any additional costs resulting from early or delayed acceptance or collection of products are borne entirely by the Customer.
