You can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order using the form below by entering your name, email, and order number, selecting the reason for your request, and optionally adding a short description.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

After submitting, you can immediately create your return label using the provided button. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless stated otherwise.

Frequently asked questions

Orders placed before 17:00 PM are processed the same day and usually delivered within the next 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery through our return portal. Enter your order number and email, select the item you’d like to return, and print your return label. After we’ve received your package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
